Renewal of the Headquarters Agreement between the Government of Benin and the ReBin Foundation
The Government of the Republic of Benin and the ReBin Foundation renewed the headquarters agreement between the two parties on Monday, April 7, 2025. This agreement, signed for a new period of five (5) years, confirms the shared desire to continue a fruitful collaboration in the service of sustainable development and ecological transition in Benin.
The official ceremony was held in Cotonou, in the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the Resident Representative of the ReBin Foundation in Benin, Ms. Pascaline Gbaguidi. This renewal marks an important step in strengthening the partnership between the Beninese government and non-state actors working for environmental innovation, the circular economy, and social inclusion.
Since establishing its headquarters in Benin, the ReBin Foundation has distinguished itself through its concrete actions in sustainable waste management, empowering local communities, and raising awareness of environmental issues. This new agreement will allow the Foundation to continue and expand its initiatives, while benefiting from the legal and institutional framework necessary to fulfill its mission.
The Government of Benin reaffirms, on this occasion, its commitment to supporting partner organizations that contribute to the well-being of populations and the preservation of the environment.
